Week’s 1 & 2: 

You create a personal Mission, Vision and Value Statement; these form the basis of your 5-year plan


Week’s 3 & 4: 

You create your 5-year plan. Here you clarify your future goals; a picture of what your “Very Best Life” (VBL) looks like. You then create the plan you will use to achieve it


Week’s 5 & 6: 

UNCOVER – Together we identify the things that are holding you back from achieving your VBL


Week’s 8 & 9: 

DISCOVER – Together we identify life-affirming patterns of living and thinking that will promote your VBL


Weeks 9 & 10: 

DISCARD – You will learn the key strategies for letting go of what no longer serves you. You will also learn the tools you need to lock in what works, to help you achieve your VBL

The strategies and techniques contained in this program have been learned through a combination of formal education, self-study, and personal experience.  What I’ve done here is to put together a compendium of what has worked – and continues to work – for my clients and myself. These tools continue to help us to each live out our “Very Best Life.”
